Billing and refund policy.
This site provides the ability to submit hunt lottery and permit applications online for the Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge Complex. Below, please find more information about the annual public use permit and lottery applications available as well as links to apply online.
Each person 16 years of age and older hunting or fishing must possess the Theodore Roosevelt NWR Complex Annual Public Use Permit which certifies they understand and will comply with refuge regulations contained in this brochure. This permit is nontransferable and non-refundable and is required in order to be eligible for Limited Draw Hunts
Limited Draw Hunt participants are selected by random (Note: correct this spelling on the page) computer drawing. A valid Annual Public Use permit is required to apply for Limited Draw Hunts.

The Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge Complex is the largest refuge complex in the state of Mississippi and includes both the youngest (Holt Collier and Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuges) and the oldest refuges (Yazoo National Wildlife Refuge) in the state. Over 100,000 acres of refuge lands on seven refuges, including 13,000 acres of refuge-managed Farmers Home Administration lands, provide vital habitat for fish and wildlife in the Delta region. Visitors are encouraged to stop by and enjoy the wild side of Hillside, Holt Collier, Mathews Brake, Morgan Brake, Panther Swamp, Theodore Roosevelt, and Yazoo National Wildlife Refuges.

All permits are $15.00 with a $5.00 processing fee for a total of $20.00.
